Trying to put a single genre label on Dragged Into Sunlight is pretty much a lost cause. Black metal, death metal, sludge, doom and a serious amount of noise collide in a sound that is as crushing as it is uncompromising. With “Hatred for Mankind”, the British band released an album back in 2009 that still sounds like one giant musical abyss today - and in 2027, they will perform it for us from start to finish, for the last time in a long time.
