Baxaxaxa from Franconia, who debuted in 1992 with the demo “Hellfire” and disbanded shortly thereafter, returned in 2017 and released their first studio album “Catacomb Cult” in 2021, followed by their second album “De Vermis Mysteriis” in 2023. Their music is influenced by early bands such as Bathory and Master's Hammer and combines raw, stomping songs with minimalist dungeon synths and lo-fi church organs. At Party.San 26, they will demonstrate live how resistant to trends German black metal can be.
